Refund & Cancellation Policy

Lapak is a digital subscription for driver software. Please read this before you pay.

Free trial first

Every new account gets a free trial, counted in rides. Use it to decide whether Lapak works

for you before paying anything. We recommend finishing the trial before buying a plan.

Paid plans

• Plans (1 day, 1 week, 1 month) are digital and start working the moment the payment is

confirmed.

• Because access begins immediately, a plan that has already started is generally

non-refundable.

• If you were charged but your plan did not activate, or you were charged twice for the same

order, contact us within 7 days with your payment reference. We will verify it and refund

any incorrect or duplicate charge.

Cancellation

• There is no auto-renewal and no saved card. Each plan is a one-time purchase that simply

ends when its days run out, so there is nothing to cancel.

• You can stop using Lapak at any time.

Account action by ride platforms

Lapak carries out your own decisions inside driver apps. Automation may be against a ride

platform's terms and can lead to that platform restricting your account. This is outside our

control and is not a reason for a refund of your Lapak subscription. Please read the risk

note in our Terms before buying.
